It worked fine at first, but after two weeks, the battery started draining fast even when not in use. I had to charge it multiple times a day which was annoying. I expected better performance for a 'refurbished' device. Customer service was okay, but I’m still disappointed.

Phone is in excellent condition. Seemed to work great. Only thing i didn’t get was a charging block with the cord. But, in all fairness they never said it would be included. It just would have been nice.
